    I’m 54 and started smoking at age 14. I have smoked pretty much constantly from that time with time off for being pregnant three times, quit a couple of times for 1-2 years, but always went back. Had a bad bout with bronchitis and was walking into to work the other day and could not breath. I collapsed as soon as I hit the lobby and was taken to the ER (I work in a hospital thank God).     I have been a smoker for 25 years and I felt like I can do so much better for myself and family. What made me cry is when my daughter came home from school saying,”Everyone in school says i smell like smoke and i’ve been smoking” When she said that I knew i have to quit. [more..]
