Hi there. I get like this all the time. Everything falls on me at one time and sometimes I feel as if I should just give up. But I never do. Im 16 and have gone through soooo much stuff in my short life. But what I do is when things get bad I go in my room or go anywhere where Im alone, and listen to music. So loud that my ears hurt but Its ok. lol. Im a smoker [nasty habit] so I also smoke when Im stressed. How do you deal with your stress?

Write Back,
Kori
